Hi! My name is Darence. I’m 14 years old and I’m 6’ 2”. I’ve always been a creative child and I am still today. I’ve also always been a little different and I was having problems fitting in at school. I used to be bullied because of my height. I found myself when I changed schools and started to learn theater and drama at the age of 10. I’m still studying in theater at the secondary level and I love to do improv and comedy.

I’d like to live a special experience, be inspired by other children and teens and maybe inspire others myself. People have always been looking at me differently because of my height and I’d like to show them that it’s cool to be different.

Be proud of yourself and of who you are. Enjoy yourself and your differences. Take pleasure in what you do. To me, having fun is the most important thing. Life is good!
